If you want to get admission in the college's that are affiliated to JEE Main then it is nit possible only with board percentage, now board percentage doesn't play any role in admission process in Jee mains colleges until and unless you have minimal percentage and are eligible.
There are universities like Manipal, SRM, VIT, Galgotias which conducts their own entrance exam or ciuld give admission based on your board percentage. However, you might not be able to get any scholarship with this percentage.
