Please specify the exams that you have appeared for and what scores did you get. Depending on that, I would be able to answer your question specifically.

If you have appeared for CAT, and have scored above 95 percentile, then you should definitely go for IIMs. Apart from IIMs, there are various other best B-schools like XLRI, Symbiosis Institutes, Narsee Monjee Institutes(NMIMS),etc.
