There are two renowned colleges to pursue Petroleum Engineering in West Bengal:

*University of Calcutta, Kolkata

*University College of Science, Technology and Agriculture, Kolkata

The cut off for these colleges are high as the seats are limited. So your merit should be very high to get admission in these colleges.
