• IIT Kanpur
• IIST
• IIT Bombay
• IIT Madras

NOTE:  Not only are the aerospace engineering programs few, there are few countries world-wide that have a viable aerospace industry:  USA, Canada, Sweden, England, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, Brazil, South Korea, Japan, and China.   Maybe India.  I may be missing a few, but you can see the issue.
