Though there are several other colleges as well in Chandigarh but from the colleges you have mentioned then the rankings would go like this:
1) MCM
2) DAV
3) SD college

MCM has been said to be better than most colleges not only because of its better ranking but also due to the fact that it provides many courses, with better placement opportunities and best educational facilities. Teachers are wonderful and helpful, also the infrastructural development is good for the college. Campus life is upto the expectations as well.
