All these colleges are among decent colleges of du but the only difference be the north campus and off campus. Ramjas be the north campus college where  as rajdhani and satyawati college be off campus colleges of du. But for choosing one among them then go for ramjas college. It has good faculty when compared to them for bcom hons. Also it is rated among the top college of du and have better placements cells.
