Dear Suraj if you talking about best then old IITs are the best colleges for Engineering then you can go with NIT or IIITs but some IIITs are better than some IITs colleges like IIIT-H is better than some IITs.After then you can choose government college but according to me before govt college, you can also check some private colleges like LPU, SRM, VIT, BITS etc.
