Hello Aspirant,  You have to go with Sri Venkateswara College, Dhaula Kuan, Delhi. Because ifI am going to rate the college then it will be 4.5/5 and for shivaji it is 3.5/5. The highest package in venkateshwar college is 5 LPA and for the lowest it is 1.5 LPA.  In shivaji the highest package is 3.7 LPA and the lowest is 2.6 LPA.

Both Shivaji College and Sri Venkateswara College come under the University of Delhi.
However,Sri Venkateswara College is one of the best in the entire Delhi University. This College is among five best colleges for B.Com Honours. The College has a great placement cell. Plus,the infrastructure and faculty is simply the best.
So, I would suggest you to go for Sri Venkateswara College.
