Hi Mohit,

BMS is a reputed course in itself and has a lot of scope. College does not really matter much. All of the three colleges you have mentioned are decent colleges of DU. However, you may prefer Ramunajan or Aryabhatta over RLA. Both have amazing faculty and study environment but the infrastructure of Ramunajan is a little better. Aryabhatta is located in South Campus and is a more experienced college overall.

You may decide based on your priorities like location, infrastructure etc.
