Both the Colleges you mentioned are good but

RNS Institute of Technology Channasandra Bangalore is slightly better.

Placements are fine here. Being an average private college, they're going well with some double-digit annual salary. Especially the placements are very good of ECE Branch and this college is popular by this branch in entire Karnataka. In-campus placements are fine but then it all depends on one's ability to grab the job. So, there are some students who got placed off-campus and bagged a package of more than 15 lakhs per annum.
