Both of the colleges are private and are quite similar in ranking.Both colleges will provide you opportunities to grow as an engineer and get placed.If you are just talking about placements,then both have similar placements of avg. packages  of 3.2 lacs.So,you can apply for the college as per your priority like which is nearer to your home,your friends etc.

As Rvr is in outskirts of Guntur,it has the problems like transport,hostel etc., Rvr is best in terms of Infrastructure, Hostel etc., If you don't care about these things like coaching, internship,any trainings then you prefer Rvrjc.
