MJP Rohailkhand is better than REC MANIPUR as you will get all basic facilities here.You can prepare for various examination for jobs and higher studies like GATE,ESE,CAT etc.You will get sufficient time and good coordination from college side also.Placement of both Colleges is not Soo good
