It depends on which stream you want to go in. For instance BioTech then Opt for iilm  but if you choose CSE/IT then GL bajaj is better. The reason GL bajaj is preferable is cause it has student crowd food faculty and faculties. Placements is also good as. Per UPTU/ AKTU College. Where as IILM con is it has lesser crowd and facilities and not upto the mark its bio tech and CSE is NBA certified but still lacks some faculties.

It solely depends  on which stream you are taking . Decide the college accordingly otherwise you may not have a stable job profile. Remember 100% placement does not make any sense without job stability.

Both colleges have good placement background, but if you have that much potential to crack the placement, then here college doesn't matter, your capability and potential matters.

GL Bajaj is no doubt the best college among the two colleges you have mentioned. They provide frequent field visits, course curriculum is very good.  The field visits is generally interaction with the professional within the working environment is quite fascinating.

Also the placement tops in GL BAJAJ amongst the three you have mentioned so no doubt you should go for it. GL Bajaj provides median package of 4LPa and has more than 80% placements. It was also ranked 88 by business today. IILM have very ambiguous placements and average package is 3.6LPa.
