GMC Akola as read by the reviews stands a greater chances when choice is to be made between the two since the infrastructure, management, teaching and experience is better in Government medical college Akola than Goa Medival college. But at the end of the day there will be advantages and disadvantages of either of the two colleges. So you have to be the smarter one making the perfect choice which suits you personally.
