• JNTUH College of Engineering,Hyderabad- 6lakhs
• University College of Engineering,Osmania University,Hyderabad- 5.9lakhs
• Gokaraju Rangaraju Inctitute of Engineering and Technology- 4.85lakhs

There are other colleges too but these will be best suited for high salary packages. Hope this will help you out.
