Both colleges are good,CVS is a little better college in reviews but there's not a lot of difference, if shivaji is very near to your home that travelling cost makes a huge difference then choose shivaji college as you will get more time as you will save a lot of time from travelling less for college.

But if CVS fees is very less and its not a lot far away I'll say get admission in CVS.

As difference is around 8-10k per year in fees, I'll suggest you to take admission in CVS if its not too far away from your house.
