Hey there

Doing graduation from Germany or Singapore is considered as more productive as you can easily get a part time job there also which can reduce you expenses. Also there are much more scholarships in Singapore and Germany with less fees. But if you want a peaceful place for Indians then Norway would be the best and you will not face any issues there.
