If any of the new AIIMS refers to the ones which have started their course from 2019. I would suggest it's better to go with GMC Patiala.
Any first batch of a college doesn't have quite a good record of statistics in any cases. As for the AIIMS are concerned, except Delhi, Jodhpur and Bhubaneswar people generally try to take up a college through their State Quota.
One advantage you would be having through AIIMS is about the fees, AIIMS Fees is too less and quite easy to afford as compared to GMC Patiala.
If the affordability isn't an issue, go with GMC Patiala.
