The colleges under Delhi University take consideration of top4 subjects marks of class12, for admission. There are other colleges which consider the overall 12 percentage.
Well for North you can apply in colleges of DU.
For South colleges-
Nizam College, Hyderabad
Mount Carmel College, Banglore
St Joseph's College Of Commerce, Banglore
Loyole College, Chennai
Presidency College, Chennai

1 shri ram college of commerce

2. Lady shri ram college for women

3. Hansraj College

4. Hindu College

5. Sri venkateshwar college

So in every state there are colleges like this which give admission in the basis of 12th marks
