As you heard about HBTI.
It was the best college under UPSEE with best placement records in each stream but from last year HBTI was removed from UPSEE, and now the college with best placement records in CSE branch is IET Lucknow

Dear Homa
The average salary package for computer science department is 4LPA and also HBTU Kanpur, will be the best option and also it's is having AAA+ rating, which is more than good. If you really need some more colleges, then you can go through the careers360 college predictor.
