As far as my knowledge is concerned this branch of computer science with buisness systems is available only in private colleges and in few  of the newer IITs.

The colleges which offer this course is as follows:-

1. Institute of engineering and technology, kolkata
2. Heritage institute of technology,kolkata
3. Haldia institute of technology
4. Techno india salt lake
5. SRM University
6. Vellore institute of technology
7. Thapar institute of engineering and technology

There are other colleges in west bengal which offer these course but I would say to opt for these colleges only.
