After 10th you can do diploma, iti etc. These courses will make you eligible for jobs in a short period of time. But the jobs you will get will not be satisfactory both in terms of reputation and salary. So I'll suggest you not to think of jobs in such a little age. Do further studies if you don't have financial issues.
