All of these courses have their own prospects and it solely depends on you and your area of interest. Now a days BE IT is considered to be the safest option as after completing the course you'll definitely get an entry level job. In terms of salary BE IT offers good job opportunity with decent salary. However it's on you if you have inclination towards physiotherapy then go for it. You can create your own scope out of it.
