for becoming physics professor you need to get degree and and then post graduation physics.After that you need to clear NET/SET examination.In order to teach physics at the university level, individuals must have completed a PhD in Physics, so you can go for phd after masters.You can also try for integrated msc or phd from a reputed institutes.
