They  have almost similar subjects covering the accounting, financial and managerial aspects of commerce. The main difference is depth of subjects. In bcom plain, all basic subjects related to commerce are taught at a normal length. In bcom hons., focus of study is made on some extra practical subjects like seminars, project reports, soft skills or communication skills lab etc. besides those in bcom plain. In bcom honors all the basic subjects are studied in full length thus covering each and every aspect of the subject. On difficulty basis, honors is most difficult, then bcom plain and lastly regular one. But Bcom hons.  Is best.
