Both of them are very good career options. 

MBA stands for masters in business administration. And mcom is for masters in commerce. MBA's required to work in corporates and other companies. In case of mcom you can work as professor and lecturers. 

Mcom also involves proper accounts and commerce and MBA is related to management. It teaches managerial skills. 

However, MBA has a wider scope than mcom.

Rest is your choice. I would suggest you to consider you interest and future plans, only then take any decision
