While occupational therapy is less well-known and less frequently selected by students than physiotherapy, occupational therapy has seen a rise in demand over time as its scope has expanded to include working with autistic and other special needs children, NGO's, and clinics.

In short both these courses have immense scope. It all boils down to your own interest.
