Which course is better in between B.Arch and B.Tech in point of placement in future.

I would say B.tech is much better than B.arch in terms of placements. The placements for B.arch is very less. It is a 5 year course and has only placements in few IITs or NITs, but the number is very less.
B.tech on the other hand has much better placements in the colleges.
