Well, Computer Science Engineering and Electrical Engineering, are, in general, tough courses. But, it depends upon your ability and interests. If you are more inclined towards coding and computer-related work, CSE might not be difficult for you. If you have an interest in physics, particularly the concepts of electrostatics, magnetism, electrodynamics, and electricity, Electrical Engineering can be pretty easy for you. The cutoff for CSE is higher in various colleges because of its demand and tough curriculum. So, both of these subjects can be easy or tough depending upon what you like. So, g for subjects that are suitable to you, because you will be able to complete even the most difficult course if you have right mindset and inclination towards the subject.
