One should prefer and pursue course or job only in the field he has interest. If you have interest in Finance and Accounting you can go for M.com, CA, ACCA, CMA or CFA, If you're interested in Management you can go for MBA in various fields amongst which the most common one's are:-

• MBA in Finance
• MBA in Marketing 
• MBA in HR
• MBA in International business 
• MBA in travel and tourism 
• MBA in IT and many more, you can pursue them as per your interest and future career expectations. 

You can also go for civil services like UPSC if interested. If job is concerned you should go for any good profile jobs available but should prefer jobs in field of Management, Finance or Accounting, you should also look after jobs in banks. After B.com Hons there are jobs available in government and private sector for you. However lets not forget that B.com is just a graduation course, therefore the job scope isn't that great for you. It does not mean that there are no jobs available for you.
To get job in government sector such as

CDS

IAS

IPS

you will have to appear in competitive exams. UPSC conducts several exams for jobs in government sector. Some of these exams include

Civil Service Exam

CGLE

CMLE

You can also apply for job in banking sector for clerical and PO grade jobs. However you are only eligible if you have scored at least 55 per cent marks in the B.Com (Hons).
