Difference between BCA and B.Tech : -

As their names clearly indicate, B.E (B.Tech) is all about engineering, while BCA is about application.
B.Tech is a far more comprehensive and professionally valued course than BCA, primarily because it delves into a lot more subjects than BCA.
A BCA student would need to complete MCA too before he or she can outstrip a B. Tech graduates earning potential. Simply put, B.E = BCA + MCA.
B.Tech is more job-focused while a BCA is a good platform for higher studies.

Note : Kindly consider your interest and potential before taking any decision.

Hope this helps!!!
