Well my friend both these courses are management courses, BMS course concentrates on analytical and logical oriented studies, while BBA course concentrates on core studies. Some institutes conduct entrance examination for both these courses like MBA entrance. The only difference is the syllabus and difficulty level.
Many of my friend are doing BBA and I have observed on my own that the curriculum pattern in MBA is more or less similar to one in BBA. So if you are planning to MBA in future then go for BBA.
You are free to make your own choice but in my opinion go for BBA.
