 in my opinion all have almost equal scope except botany. Well botany has least scope among them.

Zoology is all about animal and human body so you can also do nursing course and some assistant jobs.

Also in life sciences you have a lot of job opportunity but salary is low.

first of all you should know that what you want to achieve in life.if you are looking for financial security from job, better you choose professional courses.salary after life science courses are comparatively less

So make your choice.
