There is no particular course in btech that belongs to scientist. You can do btech in electronics n telecommunications, mech, computer science etc. Choose whatever you like. Then after you get your bachelor's degree you have to clear a exam conducted by ISRO or DRDO.

Yes, engineering comes under science stream. Almost all of the engineering courses have science background. However audio engineering is one line which one can opt even if he does not belong to science stream.
