First you have to choose a stream depending upon your interests and not on the placement or future options . But if you want to compare then definately go for bsc in electronics as it has more future  scope and generally one can get in telecommunication industry,  signal transmission information processing,  control systems , circuit designs  , etc. After getting recruited and as you will gain experience you will get regular promotions and salary packages also grows .
