Every branch has its own specilaity.one cant compare them.you needto join which you are interested in or what sparks you.If you dont know what the branches teach you in 4 years first know about them and then you can take the branch which you feel you are interested in.for example It covers 80% of same syllabus as cse.cse deals with programming,algorithms,data structures which help you build websites,apps,operting systems,computer networks and MUCH MORE.ece now this deals with electrical components to design devices,integrated circuits thier systems,etc so get to know about the branches in detail and join the branch which you like.
