Hey,

The required specification for uploading your photograph in NEET Application Form is:

Photograph must contain name of candidate and date of taking photo(should be later than Jan 01, 2017)
Photograph must be of dimension 5 x 5 cm, 3.5 x 4.5 cm, 3.5 x 3.5 cm.
The photograph should not have hat or googles.
