I will mention all the IIT's in which you can get a seat along with the branch.

IIT,Guwahati(Chemical)
IIT,Jodhpur(Biotech)
IIT,Varanasi(ceramic, pharmaceutical)

Sorry for the wrong info you cannot get any branch in IIT,Guwahati.

You can chemical enggineering in IIT, Jammu.

Except jammu anywhere near.. M in Assam.. So I want a nearest iit.. I was thinking that if I could get any iit wth a decent branch thn after 1year by working hard I would change my branch? Is it easy to change branch??

I won't say that it is impossible to change your branch after first year but it is very difficult. The swapping of branches is based on the students cgpa. You have to score a very high cgpa like above 9 for changing your branch.
