Frankly I'm telling my opinion on your question that it is not that best or the better I think there is difference between both because even both are related to computer MCA is Postgraduate program nad b-tech is Under Graduate program how can you compare between both
And coming to package is purely based on only your communication skills and soft skills and your subject knowledge
And there is a lot to learn about science in b-tech when compared to MCA
