Any degree is applicable for becoming a CBI officer as one should crack CGPE(Combined Graduate Preliminary Exam) which is conducted by the SSC(STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION) once in every year.

But it is said that LLB course will be quite useful for anyone who are willing to go into investigation agencies like CID, CBI, FBI, etc.
