Which document will take on time of admission in engineer college, SLC, migration, or provisional certificate of 12th eclass

Documents include Marksheet of Std, Score Card of JEE , School / College Leaving Certificate, Certificate of Indian Nationality of the candidate (Birth Certificate or Passport) , Physical Fitness Certificate issued by a
registered medical practitioner (registered doctor),
Migration certificate is only for other states
(10th)  as proof of Date of Birth. Senior Secondary School ExaminationCertificate(10+2)

Dear Mam,Does any problem create in time of admission in an engineer college, if my 12th provisional and migration certificates error, it written my Name is Deepak kumar chaud BUT my correct name is Deepak Kumar chaudhary?
