Hello Aspirant,

See if you are a PwBD(Person with Benchmark Disability) candidate and need scribe then you have to carry your PwBD certificate along with the signed Scribe certificate which you must have uploaded during the NEET Application form or if you have marked as Yes in column where it has been asked whether you need scribe or not.

Along with above documents you have to carry following items to NEET 2021 examination center :-

*** NEET admit card

*** Passport size photograph

*** Postcard size photograph

*** Valid ID proof - PAN card, Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, Ration card

*** Mask on face

*** Gloves on hand

*** Personal transparent water bottle

*** Personal small hand sanitizer (50 ml)
