6. Valid ID proof like Aadhar.

7. Special category certificate (if applicable).

Signature

• White Background
• Sign with black pen
• Signature must not be in capital letters.
• Size - 4 Kb to 30 Kb
• Format - JPG
• 2.5 x 3.5 inches with 72 DPI

Left-hand thumb impression

• Black ink on white paper
• Size: 10 kb to 200 kb
• 2.5 x 3.5 inches with 72 DPI

Class 10 passing certificate

• The candidate should scan his/her Class X Passing Certificate for uploading
• Size - 50 kb to 300 kb
• 2.5 x 3.5 inches with 72 DPI

Category certificate

• Size - 50 kb to 300 kb
• PDF format

Citizenship certificate

• Citizenship/Embassy certificate or any documentary proof of citizenship
• Size - 50 kb to 300 kb
• PDF format

Neet 2021 application form filling is divided into 2 parts/phases. You need to fill 1st part / phase before the last date i. e 06 August 2021 (upto 11:50 PM). The 2nd part/ phase needs to be filled before your neet Result or downloading of neet result/score card , NTA will notify separately later on about phase 2 filling.

------------------) Documents to be uploaded in phase 1 of application filling process are :-

>>>>>> your passport size photograph,(size: 10 kb to 200 kb)

>>>>>> your postcard size photograph (4”X6”) (Size: 10 kb to 200 kb)

• your photographs  must be taken  on or after 01.01.2021 and  preferably mentioning  the name of the student and the date on which the photograph was clicked

• you shouldn't be wearing any cap or goggle,

• spectacles are allowed only if you use them regularly.

• at least 80% face coverage should be there in your photographs

• your ears should be visible

• Should be coloured one

• the background should be white.

• Should be in jpg format

• Full signature

• in running hand means not in capital letters, in jpg format.

• on white paper

• with black ink

>>>>>> your left-hand thumb impression (10 kb to 200 kb ):-

• with blue ink

• on white paper  in JPG format.

• Should not be blurry

• Should be scanned one

• Right Hand Thumb impression can be used in case of non- availability of  left-hand thumb due to any eventuality
