A valid Mobile Number.

Class 10th details and Class 12th details

Father name and Mother name with correct spelling.

A valid Email Address.

Aadhaar card number

Class 12 Roll number issued by the Board/Election Card, Bank Account or Passport Number, ration card number, or any other valid Government identity number

Scanned copies of passport-size photograph, left hand thumb impression, signature, Class 10th pass certificate & postcard size photograph details as per the specifications mentioned by NEET Authorities.
