Your boards percentage is very good but your JEE main rank is not good enough to fetch you a seat in any government colleges. And for CSE you have almost no chances, so please look for some of the private engineering colleges like Sharda, Amity, Manipal, SRM etc. Also, if you have appeared for exams like VITEEE, BITSAT, KIITEE, etc then look for their results and see if you can get a seat.
Even if you get a seat in any government colleges with some lower branches, I would suggest you to go for private engineering college with your desired branch which is CSE. Follow your passion. Even from a private engineering college you can work hard and get in level to IITians. So the decision is up to you. All the best. Also visit this page
