First keep in your mind that every engineering stream has it's own value. So choose departs as per your like . But popluar departments like cse,ece, applied electronics has now have greater opportunities than other stream. So you can take anything from these or you can decide by yourself as per your choice.

computer science and engineering is the most demanded branch nowadays accompanied by ece and eee. you can consider mechanical also as it is an evergreen branch but for the placement point of view cse guys are getting the larger amount because of the boom in it sector.
