You can watch any movie. watch sci-fi series which are mostly based on hypothetical science experiments. it will drag your interest in science and also you will learn the English , it's accent and difference with other forms of english.

it is most preferred to learn american english than britain english. There are minor difference. to track your learning or know how you do, you can do a english course from any online course provider. there are many free course. choose any one. Prefer edx or coursera, it will provide you professional course as they are made by university top professors from different country. They will teach the required and important concepts which will help you in daily/work life too.
