CMC Vellore conducts its own entrance exam for the admission  into MBBS, B.Sc (Nursing), Allied Health Sciences (AHS ), Diploma Nursing, AHS Diploma, MPH & M.Sc courses. It is a university level exam. The details are as follows:

• The application form are available from 21st Febraury 2018 and will be available upto 26th March 2018.
• The exam will be conducted on 15th May 2018 on morning shift.
• The eigibility criteria is- a candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and should have 35% minimum marks in each subjects.
• The examination is Computer based test(CBT) with total 300 questions, 60 from each subject-Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General Ability(Section I and II).
• One mark will be alloted for each correct answer.
• There is no negative marking.

According to their 2017-18 prospectus admission to any of their Bachelors programme in Allied Health Sciences is based on merit. A preliminary Computer-based, Step -1 test followed by Step-2 test (practical tests and interview) for short-listed candidates.
