If your question is which course is best which combines physics and mathematics then I would suggest you to go to MECHANICAL ENGINEERING. first preference is go for IIT's, then go for NIT's, then any private institutes which out of i suggest amritha, SASTRA, SSN are few of the best. But if you really wish to do a course which has both physics and mathematics, then go for mechanical engineering in Btech
