Comedk exam is accepted in all colleges of Karnataka whereas Uni-guage is accepted in only a few colleges of India (around 20+). After clearing Uni-guage you will get scorecard with which you can apply directly to the partnered colleges or you can attend the counselling of specific college. With comedk, you will get a rank and college will b alloted to you by centralized counselling. So, if you want to get admission in Karnataka only, write Comedk otherwise Uni-guage.
